"Not much to choose from"
I was hoping to find a few new things, but the selection felt limited. I kept browsing and thinking, give me a break, is this really all there is? Just didn’t come across much that caught my interest.

"Got the wrong discs in my order"
Two of the titles in my order were wrong, which was frustrating. I’ve ordered discs from other places before and usually everything matches up fine, so this was a bit disappointing by comparison.

"I still compare, but Arrow deals pull me in"
I’m usually loyal to a couple of other places for movie pickups, so I always feel a little torn shopping around. But when there’s a sale on Arrow Films here, the deals can be hard to pass up. Prices seem to bounce around a bit, so I wouldn’t call it the cheapest option every time, but I’ve definitely grabbed a few bargains. Shipping was reasonable too, which helps. I still check my usual spots first out of habit, but this is definitely worth comparing before buying elsewhere

"I bought a release from Arrow and..."
I bought a release from Arrow and, the quality just wasn’t what I expected. The picture had some issues, and the disc actually felt like it hadn’t been checked properly before being shipped out. For the price, I really thought it would be a lot better. I’m not too happy with it, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon

"Website is annoying to use"
I’m a fan of Arrow Films, so I was happy to browse the site, but the website was kind of frustrating to use. To be fair, it looks nice when you first land on it, but actually finding basic stuff took more clicking around than it should have.
Browsing through titles didn’t feel very smooth for me. The filters weren’t as useful as I expected, and a couple times I ended up back at the top of the page, which got annoying quickly.
Checkout did work in the end, so it’s not like the whole thing was a disaster. I’d probably use the site again if I really wanted something, but to be fair, I wouldn’t exactly look forward to the experience.

"Box showed up all smashed"
I’m not sure what happened during shipping, but the box arrived bashed up and crushed. The discs inside seemed like they had barely any protection, which was confusing and kind of frustrating. Luckily they weren’t completely destroyed, but I definitely expected better packaging...
"Shipping was slower than it should’ve been"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for days. I understand that delays can happen, but at some point it just feels like basic shipping communication should be better. The product eventually showed up, but the wait was frustrating enough that I’m not really happy with the shipping experience

"Help took way longer than it should have"
My main issue was how slow the customer service response was. I wasn’t dealing with anything that seemed especially complicated, but it still ended up dragging on for way longer than I expected. I had to keep following up myself just to get updates, which got frustrating after a while. It felt like a simple problem turned into a much bigger hassle than it needed to be
